SHUDDHI RECEIVES LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM DAHW

SHUDDHI receives letter of support from DAHW German Leprosy and Tuberculosis Relief Association.

DAHW’s vision is a world in which no person is affected by leprosy, tuberculosis or other neglected diseases and their consequences, such as disability and exclusion.

DAHW uses its expertise in the field of neglected (tropical) diseases to support vulnerable groups affected by illness, disability, stigma and exclusion. DAHW’s work aims to improve their health and living conditions holistically and sustainably and to help build local structures in the project countries.

DAHW currently supports more than 100 medical and social projects in 20 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. All of these projects, which are conducted in close partnership with local organizations, are designed to be cross-sectoral and inclusive.

DAHW is a donation-based organization. We can only support affected people if we have the financial means to do so. Donations can easily be made online via dahw.de/spenden

We would like to thank and acknowledge Johanna Schultheiss, Kristina Popp, Anil Fastaneu, Saanika Amembal, Larissa Brodziak, and Juliane Meissner at DAHW for their time and consideration. We understand the importance of their acknowledgment to recognize the possibilities for SHUDDHI to raise awareness about the disease and foster discussion on social inclusion. We are grateful SHUDDHI aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
